Experience a quiet, contemplative practice while targeting deep connective tissues in the body. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, rather than the muscles. Unlike our hot yoga and flow (yang) practice, yin yoga is a slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.
All levels welcome.
Room heated to 85-95°F.
Blocks and towels are needed for class.
