Our Vision
We offer various hot yoga and fitness classes (the room is heated around 100 - 105 degree Fahrenheit unless otherwise specified in the class or event description) along with virtual live, on demand, and pop up outdoor classes. Our mission is to create a welcoming community where all are encouraged to be more fully and courageously authentic. Our priority is to provide a safe and clean space for everyone to practice yoga. We are here to facilitate the exploration of new possibilities while improving your health and life through yoga.
The Yoga Studio
Our state of the art green studio is equipped with a clean infrared radiant heating system combined with an high efficiency ERV that constantly cycles in fresh headed air. Our space is both environmentally friendly and quiet. The heat is comfortable and energy efficient, providing a peaceful atmosphere for every class.
Our unique heating system also helps balance the proper circulation of clean, fresh air as well as humidity levels to ensure that your respiratory passages are never irritated by stale, dry air.
The studio flooring is designed in a tatami textured vinyl and features an anti-skid bottom for stability. This is great for strengthening your joints and promoting stability. This type of flooring is exceptionally hygienic & easy to clean.
We built this new space for us to be more environmentally conscious by using energy efficient smart technologies for our classroom and throughout the studio!
Our Green Yoga Home offers:
A filtered water filling station so we can minimize the plastic bottles
Recycling bins throughout the studio
Hand dryers in the bathroom to minimize the usage of the paper towels
Studio-wide ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation System) to keep the air fresh and mitigate energy waste. (It captures at least 70 percent of the heat or coolness of outgoing air, saving on energy use!)

Can’t say that I have a complete grasp of the grace, courage, or wisdom yet, but yoga has helped me recover from shoulder surgery, nerve damage in my hand, and a number of other challenges, and it has also helped me face limits and to understand that, for better or for worse, today’s limits might not be tomorrow’s.

As part of our dedication to the Rockville community, we are committed to fundraising on behalf of several local non-profits with whose vision we are deeply aligned. We value connecting with the community & supporting causes that help ease the suffering of the people & quadrupeds around us.
