Flow Yoga

A 75 minute vinyasa flow that consists of sun salutations varied with standing postures to build internal heat, full body strength, and flexibility. Breathing into and exiting from each posture is key to finding your flow. Class ends with floor postures and stretches.

This class follows the 26+2 series with a twist - includes variations of asana and sequences from other traditions and lineages of yoga. A complementary practice that blends the tradition and structure of Bikram with challenge in variations!

Leave your shoes and worries at the studio doorstep. Set aside your busy thoughts and invite yourself to your mat, embracing a gentle, dance-like, Vinyasa flow.

Featuring a wide variety of poses and modifications, this class welcomes yogis of all skills and levels. Feel firsthand the stress sweat away, and embrace the relaxation.

Yin Yoga

Yin; passive, sustained, introspective.

Experience a quiet, contemplative practice while targeting deep connective tissues in the body. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, rather than the muscles. Unlike our hot yoga and flow (yang) practice, yin yoga is a slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.
