  • Starting Thursday 8/5, we are bringing back the 6:15am Early Bird class every Thursday.  What a great way to start off your day with a 90-minute detox!  Be ready to sweat, be well hydrated, and eat a light snack (such as a banana) before class so you have the energy to sweat like a pig!  See you this Thursday bright and early with your regular gear and a big smile.

  • Please mark your calendar – Saturday, August 21 & Sunday, August 22 - for our 7-Year Anniversary Celebration Weekend at the Studio.  Please share your love of hot yoga with your friends and family who are new to our yoga and bring them as your guests.  They can take any of our classes free that weekend.  Please be kind to your VIP guests by letting them know how hot it is in the classroom, and reminding them that they need to be well hydrated and not feeling hungry before class time.  Please remind them to bring a sticky yoga mat, plenty of liquids and a big beach towel for the class.  Please arrive early to the studio as the classes may get full.

  • By popular demand, we are offering our annual membership rate specials again during our anniversary month:
         -- 12 Months Unlimited Yoga Membership –  $1,049 (regular rate - $1,250)
         -- 6 Months Unlimited Yoga Membership - $625 (regular rate - $650)
                                          (Specials end on 9/5/2010)

  • We are now offering a monthly auto debit membership option to reward our dedicated yogis who come to class on a regular basis.  $125 – monthly unlimited yoga (regular rate - $165).  6 months commitment is required and $125 will be automatically charged on your credit card every month on the same date.  There will be a $100 early termination fee.  You may also give us 6 post-dated checks in advance if you do not want to use your credit card.  Please call the studio if you have any questions or need more information.

We are thrilled and grateful to have been a part of the Rockville yoga community for the last 7 years and proud to be still sweating seriously!  Thank you all for your support, love, and positive energy you bring to our studio.  You will receive another e- note from us in the next few weeks with more hot news.  Meanwhile, stay cool and don’t forget to hydrate with watermelon!  J
